What we collect

Your email address and your name (for the order and delivery), your manuscript and the files produced, payment information processed by Stripe (we only see the result), and the server's technical logs.

Why

To carry out your order, deliver to you, invoice you, and answer your requests. No advertising, no resale.

Your manuscripts

They are processed by our AI model provider (Anthropic) through its professional interface, which does not use this data to train its models. They are stored on our server in France (OVH) and deleted 90 days after delivery.

Retention periods

Files: 90 days after delivery. Order data and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).

Cookies

The site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Only your browser keeps, locally, the draft of your configuration.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection: write to [email protected]. You may also contact the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
